What is an answering service for plumbers?
An answering service for plumbers answers your business calls when you're on a job. Do I keep my number?
Yes. You get a new local number straight away so you can start today, and we'll help you move your existing number across. It then lives on the Voxra eSIM that comes with Pro, so it still rings your phone.
What if it's a real emergency?
Voxra alerts you straight away with the caller's details and offers to put them through to your mobile. If you can't pick up, it tells them you've got their details and will ring back.
What about gas leaks?
Voxra never gives gas safety advice. If a caller can smell gas, it tells them to ring the National Gas emergency line on 0800 111 999 straight away.
Will callers know it's AI?
Yes. Voxra says it's your AI assistant. That's the honest thing to do, and our terms require it. It sounds natural, and most callers just want the job booked. Anything it can't handle comes to you.
How many calls do I get?
Pro includes 150 AI-answered minutes a month. Each call rounds up to the whole minute, and a typical call is 2–5 minutes, so that's roughly 30–75 calls. When you run out, calls go to your mobile and voicemail. There's never a surprise bill.
Can I control which jobs it books?
Yes. You tell it what you do, which areas you cover and when you're free. It only books into the gaps in your Google Calendar, and anything you'd rather quote for yourself comes to you as a lead.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free from the moment your Voxra number goes live. Once you have your number we'll ask for a card or Direct Debit, but nothing is taken until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
